The Company Darrick Insecticides Limited. was incorporated in the year 1995 and setup its plant at Bahadurgarh, Distt. Jhazzar (Haryana) and Kathua (J&K) by the industrialist Sh. A.K. Bansal under the flagship of Budladia Group (established in 1975). Sh. A. K. Bansal has 40 years experience in formulation and marketing of various agro-chemicals.

The company has its own freehold land, building at Bahadurgarh Distt. Jhazzar (Haryana) and big plant at Kathua (J&K). The company has its well-equipped plant & laboratory with all modern equipments for testing of pesticides. The company has its own office and Godown at Bathinda & Ludhiana (Punjab) to make timely supplies in the state of Punjab, at Karnal & Hisar to cater to the needs of the state of Haryana, at Hanumangarh Town and Jaipur for supply in the state of Rajasthan and at Akola (Maharastra) for the supply in the state of Maharastra. The company has ISI registrations for some of its products.
